As the Managing Agent for Lewisville Lakewood Hills Homeowner’s Association, we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled for Today Wednesday November 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Virtual meetings are open session for listening and/or viewing only. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2025 Budget, and other business of the Association if needed.

Included with this Notice is the Draft Agenda for the meeting. If you have any questions for the Board prior to the meeting, please email them to your Association Manager, at dwyann@essexhoa.com. Your Association Manager will forward questions to the Board prior to the meeting, and time permitting, the Board may be able to allow homeowner Q&A after the Board Meeting as time permits. Any questions not answered at the meeting can be answered by email.

All Owners will have audio and voice capabilities during this meeting, however, please keep in mind, this meeting is for the Board of Directors to conduct business of the association. If you are attending online and you have a question, you may use the “hand raised” icon. The Board will be notified, and time permitting, may be able to accept questions and/or comments after the meeting.

Get ready for a spooktacular time as we gather in the community pool parking lot for an afternoon full of Halloween fun! We've got a delicious food truck to keep you fueled, and don’t forget to enter our epic costume contest. The afternoon will conclude with our crowd-favorite Costume Parade, where a fire truck will lead the way as our little ghouls and goblins march around the block, showing off their fantastic costumes!

We will have online voting for the costume contest, however you have to be present to enter, and we’ve got some fang-tastic prizes in store! Don’t miss out on the fun—bring your family, your best costume, and your Halloween spirit!

As the managing agent for Lewisville Lakewood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting to transition to a Homeowner run Board of Directors has been scheduled for Tuesday April 2, 2024, at 6:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to elect Three (3) Class A homeowners to the Board of Directors and discuss Association business as needed.

You may vote electronically, which requires no proxy, by completing the ballot on HOA website, or by email or fax. (Please find this information in the enclosed Notice). If you choose, you mail also send it by U.S. Postal Service. Please remember that your Ballot must be received by or before the deadline of Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5:00 pm, in order for your vote to count. As the managing Agent for the Lewisville Lakewood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Special Election Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday April 27, 2023, 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors and discuss normal business of the Association.

Attached are the Draft Agenda, Ballot, and Proxy. The simplest way to vote is electronically. An electronic vote is one that is cast online on the Association website, by email or fax. Texas State § 209.00592: Electronic votes count for quorum, so a proxy is not needed as long as the item is on the ballot. The Special Election Meeting cannot take place without the required quorum, so it is important that you cast your vote, or send your proxy by or before the deadline of Wednesday April 26, 2023, at 5:00 pm.

Please plan on joining the Virtual Special Election Meeting on Thursday April 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, you may email them to your Association Manager at dwyann@essexhoa.com or click on the “Contact Us” tab on the upper right corner of the HOA website.
