As the managing Agent for the Lewisville Lakewood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Special Election Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday April 27, 2023, 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors and discuss normal business of the Association.
Attached are the Draft Agenda, Ballot, and Proxy. The simplest way to vote is electronically. An electronic vote is one that is cast online on the Association website, by email or fax. Texas State § 209.00592: Electronic votes count for quorum, so a proxy is not needed as long as the item is on the ballot. The Special Election Meeting cannot take place without the required quorum, so it is important that you cast your vote, or send your proxy by or before the deadline of Wednesday April 26, 2023, at 5:00 pm.
Please plan on joining the Virtual Special Election Meeting on Thursday April 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, you may email them to your Association Manager at dwyann@essexhoa.com or click on the “Contact Us” tab on the upper right corner of the HOA website.
