Water, trash & animal services

Contact the City of Lewisville for water or sewer service, missed trash pickup, and animal concerns.

Neighborhood trash day: Friday. Set trash and recycling carts out by 7 a.m. on collection day.

Remove carts from the curb within 24 hours of the collection date. City of Lewisville Code of Ordinances § 12-23(b)(2) requires collection containers to be removed from the collection point within 24 hours of collection day. Collection schedules can change due to holidays or service delays, so follow the applicable collection date rather than a fixed weekday.

With front-facing garages throughout Lakewood Hills, carts left in the street can obstruct vehicles and inconvenience neighbors. Please do your part to keep our streets clean, clear and accessible by bringing your carts in promptly.

City enforcement, not HOA fines: Violations may be reported to the City of Lewisville by the HOA or other residents. The City is responsible for determining violations, taking enforcement action, and assessing any applicable fines. The HOA does not issue fines for this city ordinance.

Public streets, parking & right-of-way

Public streets and right-of-way: The City, not the HOA, handles public street repairs, potholes, street parking enforcement, and reports concerning curbs and driveway approaches within the public right-of-way. Responsibilities for specific driveway approaches, sidewalks, and curb repairs may depend on the location and circumstances; contact the City to confirm before requesting work.

Report non-emergency street or parking concerns to the City of Lewisville. For urgent hazards, contact the appropriate City service or emergency services.

Outdoor watering restrictions

City Stage 1 restrictions generally permit even-numbered addresses to water Tuesday and Saturday, and odd-numbered addresses Wednesday and Sunday. Check the City page for current restrictions and exceptions.

Gas & electric service

For gas or electrical service questions, billing or outages, contact your utility provider directly. CoServ provides service information and assistance where applicable.

For suspected gas leaks or downed power lines, leave the danger area and contact emergency services or the utility's emergency line.

Streetlight outages & reporting

Most neighborhood streetlights are serviced by CoServ, but maintenance responsibility can vary by pole. Use the City of Lewisville streetlight map to identify the responsible provider before submitting an outage report.

When reporting to CoServ, include the street address, subdivision, pole tag number (if available), and a description of the problem. If the map identifies another provider or a City-maintained light, report it to that responsible organization instead. Streetlight repairs are not handled by the HOA.

Internet & home wireless options

Internet service is arranged directly with the provider, not the HOA. Check your exact address for availability, especially for newer fiber installations.

Frontier fiber deployment may vary by street. Provider availability and installation dates are not guaranteed by the HOA.
